Steven Reed – Director

Steven is the heart and soul behind Dynamic Ceilings and with over 20 years experience in the building industry he is well placed to handle any situation. Being the director of the company does not mean he is hidden away behind the desk, inaccessible and unapproachable. Steven involves himself in all aspects of the business, supervising, liaising on sight with builders, sub-contractors and clients, tendering and estimating and ensuring all aspects of the business run smoothly. His communication and negotiation skills are second to none and his goal is always to keep the job running smoothly to ensure all parties are happy and the job is completed to the highest standard possible.

Away from work you will find Steven immersed in water activities on the river with his family. When not water skiing and socialising with family and friends, you will find him playing tennis, umpiring football or jogging. His passion for fitness ensures his mind and body are fit and well to work hard and maintain the busy lifestyle he loves.

Donna Reed – Finance Manager

Behind the scenes, Steven’s wife Donna, ensures the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Having worked for six years as a travel consultant, Donna understands the importance of a customer focus, something which is often missing in the male dominated building industry. In addition to her customer focus, also a qualified CPA Accountant, Donna's accounting background has been invaluable in creating the systems and processes necessary to ensure the business runs successfully.

Judith Scriven – Office Administrator

Judith has a wealth of experience in office administration, finance and people management from her previous roles. Judith’s efficiency, commitment and dedication ensure she is the vital cog which keeps everyone at Dynamic Ceilings on track.

 In addition to the capable and dedicated management and office staff, Dynamic Ceilings have a talented and committed team of fixers, flushers, cornice fixers and insulation installers to handle any job no matter how challenging.
